National will then choose the winning poster for each grade level.

National has a participation certificate that can be downloaded and used for your state participation.  At the regional level, I do make a certificate for participation and an achievement certificate for the winner of each grade that will be sent to National.  These are given out to the State Presidents at the National Convention.
